Asphalt Shingles

Made from layers of asphalt and fiberglass materials with a granulated surface. There are several types of asphalt singles including 3-Tab, T-Lock (now discontinued), Dimensional and Laminate. There are many styles of dimensional shingles from single laminate inexpensive shingles to multi laminate heavy duty shingles made to looke like wood shake or slate. Asphalt shingles come with roof warranties from 20 to 50 years or lifetime. They are tested to withstand wind up to 130 MPH depending on the type and style.
