Responsibilities
1. Represent our company in a professional manner.
2. Learn and adapt to company products and services.
3. Educate the customer on our company, products and services.
4. Service customers to the best of your ability.
5. Inspect roofs and/or exteriors for wind/hail damage.
6. Measure roofs and exteriors.
7. Meet adjusters on customer roofs.
8. Estimate residential roofing jobs and related exteriors.
9. Assist customers with insurance claims.
10. Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain a fair settlement for our customers.
11. Follow through with the customer.
12. Inspect the final job and collect payment.

Required Skills
1. Organized.
2. Reliable.
3. Sales experience (minimum 2 years)
4. Roofing and/or construction experience (minimum 1 year)
5. Customer service or good customer skills (minimum 2 years)
6. Computer literacy: Windows XP or XP Pro, MS Word or similar, MS Excel or similar (minimum 1 year). Database experience helpful.
7. Estimating experience helpful.
8. Good people skills.
9. Good math skills.
10. Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to changes.
11. Ability to learn and educate customers on new products and services.

Compensation
• Commission based (draws available).
• Independent contractor responsible for your own insurance and tax reporting.
• All sales tools, information and advertising material will be made available to you.
